This hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, relatively close to everything worth seeing in Rome. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Moreover, the breakfast offers good Italian coffee and a gluten-free option.
No improvements needed, everything was great!

Clean and nice room, helpful staff, excellent location close to metro lines and city centre. Daily room service and fridge provided. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Residential feel with supermarkets nearby, not touristy.

Great value for money! the hotel had recently been renovated and was very clean. the staff were friendly and spoke good English. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. the room had everything we needed and even had some nice welcome cookies. the bathroom was modern and the breakfast was good. the only downside was that the room was quite small and there was no view from the window.

As longer-term business travelers, we were impressed by the helpful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The superior double room was lovely, with a private en suite and a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Piazza Venezia, Foro Romano, Colosseo, and Villa Borghese. It was also conveniently close to Termini train station and Castro Pretorio tube station. We enjoyed the delicious Italian ice cream at the nearby La Romana shop.
Felt like VIPs, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel itself was clean and had lovely decorations, giving it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety, with delicious sweet breads and freshly made cappuccino. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to the tourist bus and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Termini Railways station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to Villa Borghese and just a short walk away from popular sights like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean and elegant, with beautiful balconies and high ceilings. The breakfast room offers a tasty continental breakfast, and the presentation of the food is impeccable.
The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, especially on Friday nights, due to the main road below.

Nothing, all was good.
